Genecountcraft does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to the developers. All data processing occurs locally unless otherwise configured by the user.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Software complies with applicable data protection and research regulations.

GeneCountCraft includes third-party software Salmon, which is distributed under its own license terms. The Salmon license is available at https://github.com/COMBINE-lab/salmon/blob/master/LICENSE . Those terms remain applicable to the respective third-party components. Compliance with all third-party license terms is required when using or distributing the Software.
Updates
These Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and License may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Software indicates acceptance of any changes.
